Tax Credit
Nebraska Department of Economic Development has determined that Laurel BioComposite, LLC satisfies the conditions pertaining to certification of a business as a Qualified Small Business found in Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-6303 an the Department's Angel Investment Tax Credit Program Guidelines ("AITC Guidelines"). A Qualified Investor or Qualified Fund is eligible for a refundable tax credit equal to forty percent of its Qualified Investment in a Qualified Small Business.
