Laurel BioComposite, LLC is a Nebraska company formed in 2007. Management authority is vested in a Board of Directors which currently consists of 7 individuals who represent the plastics industry, agriculture, banking & finance, and project development.

The headquarters is located in Laurel, Nebraska, the site of the first of several planned plants. Construction of the plant is nearing completion.
